1. Regulatory Compliance and Licensing

RAS Network operates in strict accordance with the rules and regulations set forth by the **Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC)**. RAS Network holds a valid BTRC Internet Service Provider (ISP) Licence No: 14.32.0000.702.406.046.21.308. All services provided are subject to the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulation Act, 2001, and other applicable laws of Bangladesh.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

Subscribers are authorised to use the network connection for lawful purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited on our network:

• Running or facilitating any form of illegal Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) call termination, bypass, or gateway services, which constitutes a severe offence under the BTRC regulatory framework.
• Hosting public proxies, VPN servers, or unauthorized commercial servers that violate local telecommunication directives.
• Engaging in any activities that compromise the integrity, bandwidth allocation, or security of RAS Network's infrastructure or other users' systems.
• Distributing, hosting, or downloading content that violates the Cyber Security Act 2023 or copyright laws of Bangladesh.

3. Caching, Proxying, and Third-Party Streams

RAS Network provides access to live television, sports, and multimedia entertainment feeds under licensing and distribution agreements with local partners and third-party networks.

• **Restricted Network Access**: These streams and media players are strictly configured and intended for the exclusive use of internal users connected to the RAS Network broadband infrastructure within our authorised IP subnets.
• **Caching Optimization**: We utilize local prefetching proxies and caching infrastructure solely to optimize network bandwidth, minimize latency, and improve the streaming experience for our internal subscribers in compliance with BTRC quality of service guidelines.
• **Usage Ban**: You are strictly prohibited from redistributing, publicizing, caching, rebroadcasting, or proxying our stream URIs, media players, or associated content to any external systems or third-party networks.

4. Prohibition of Automated Access, Scraping, and AI Training

RAS Network values the integrity of its data, layouts, services, and proprietary streams. Consequently, the following prohibitions are strictly enforced:

• **AI Model Training Ban**: You are explicitly prohibited from using any text, layout, graphic designs, media streams, API endpoints, code, or databases hosted on this website for training artificial intelligence (AI) models, machine learning algorithms, large language models (LLMs), or text-to-image generator networks.
• **Data Scraping Ban**: Harvesting, crawling, indexation, extraction, or scraping of any content, stream URLs, or tariff listings on this website using automated tools, bots, web-spiders, or software scripts is strictly forbidden.
• **Written Consent Required**: Any automated or programmatic extraction requires explicit, prior written permission signed by an authorised officer of RAS Network. Unauthorized access constitutes a breach under the Cyber Security Act 2023 and the Copyright Act 2000 of Bangladesh.

5. Billing, Service, and Tariff Compliance

All broadband subscription fees, installation charges, and bandwidth tariffs conform strictly to the schedules approved by the BTRC. Subscriptions are billed monthly and must be paid via our authorized payment channels. Our BTRC Approved Tariff details are publicly accessible at /BTRC_Approved_Tariff.pdf.

6. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

RAS Network shall not be held liable for any service interruptions, packet loss, transmission errors, or delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to upstream fiber cuts, satellite outages, power failures, or compliance audits directed by BTRC. Subscribers agree to indemnify and hold harmless RAS Network, its directors, and employees from any third-party claims arising from a breach of these Terms.
